At 6ixtogo, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You can request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

• All tags must be intact

• The product must be returned in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged

• Products without original tags or packaging

• Items purchased during sale or clearance (if applicable, customize this)

Exchange

We offer exchanges for:

• Size issues

• Defective or damaged products

Exchange requests must also be raised within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

1. Email us at krish@6ixtogo.com with your Order ID and reason for return

2. Our team will review and confirm your request

3. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for pickup or shipping

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed once the returned item passes our quality check

• The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Shipping Charges

• Reverse shipping charges may apply unless the product is defective or incorrect

• Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
